Baby Guacamole

This avocado banana bite fits for your baby from 4-6 months. Not only because of the texture (creamy and soft) but also about the Omega 3 and the vitamins.
Omega-3 fatty acids have various benefits for your baby’s body and brain. Your baby will love this one because the banana makes it sweet.

What do you need:

  • 1 avocado (ripe)
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup of water/breast milk/ formula
  1. Peel the (0.5) banana and cut into pieces
  2. Cut the avocado into half
Slip a spoon between the seed and fruit to remove the seed.
Cut the separated halves into even slices
Gently peel off the thick skin like peeling a banana
If the dark green flesh goes with the skin, scrape off, put it in the blender
  3. Add water/milk and the banana
  4. Blend on a medium speed until smooth.
  5. Freeze the left-overs in a ice-cube tray!

Peach and Rice

This vegetarian gluten free baby purée is perfect for breakfast. It will satisfy your baby because of the carbs. The peach makes it sweet.

What do you need:

  • 1 peach
  • 1 spoon rice
  • 150 ml formula/breast milk
  1. Cook the rice in the boiling milk
  2. Peel the peach and remove the seed
  3. Cut the peach into peaces
  4. Blend it all together
  5. Freeze the left-overs in a ice-cube tray!

Raspberry Banana Puree

This recipe is one that is great for the whole family. Adults and older children can enjoy it over ice cream or Greek yogurt, while babies will be able to appreciate the smooth texture and natural sweetness. Just make sure you have a bib handy; this bright red/pink treat could make a real mess once baby gets her hands into it!

What do you need:

  • 1 banana
  • ½ c raspberries (rinsed)
  1. Peel the banana and cut into pieces
  2. Blend with raspberries on a medium speed until smooth
  3. Freeze the left-overs in a ice-cube tray!

  • Steams and purees.
  • High qualitative sturdy blender.
  • Can make big batches so you can freeze the left-overs.
  • No build up of minerals in the steam tank .
  • You have to stop after the steam cycle to dump the food out of the steam basket into the bowl to blend it, because that allows you to regulate the amount of water in the final blended product.
  • Because the BEABA just steams until all of the water in the steam chamber is used up, there’s no worry about dumping out excess water from the steam tank once you’re finished.
